 n Wednesday January 27th, Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) officially announced the 1999 JUNO Award nominees for this years Best Gospel Album, among the groups mentioned was Markham, Ont. based community youth choir "Expression of Praise" for their debut release of "To Whom It May Concern".
